Our Approach

We’re a friendly, welcoming practice, and our aim is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered. Our approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. We are inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming, and we’ll work alongside you to define your goals and shape sessions in a way that feels right for you (or your child).

Depending on your needs, we draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including play therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based practice, psychoeducation, expressive arts, and narrative therapy.
